Bike Technical Training
with bike professional Severin Disch
Either as a continuous course (level 1-3) or bookable individually - so you are optimally prepared for the bike season! The training courses are suitable for both mountain bikes and e-mountain bikes. Appointments can be booked individually.
Level 1
Here you learn the basics: From the correct setting of the bike to cornering and braking techniques, balance, dexterity and general tips & tricks from professionals.
Level 2
Repeat what you have learned from level 1 and implement the skills in the field - with a focus on uphill and downhill.
We mostly ride on single trails and will enjoy descents as well as training.
Level 3
Perfecting the techniques from level 1 & 2.
Benefit from my experience as a professional and optimize your skills in every terrain.
So you are guaranteed to cut a good figure everywhere.
Bike Service Workshop
Our bike professionals teach you the basics of bike service - from changing the bicycle tube to adjusting the gearshift. Please bring your own bike so that what you have learned can partly be applied to your own bike. These courses can be booked individually on request with a minimum of 3 participants.
Level 1
Here you can learn the basics from a professional: mending a flat bicycle tire, adjusting brakes, changing brake pads as well as many useful tips & tricks on equipment.
Level 2
In level 2, we deal specifically with the care/maintenance of the bike. For example, you will learn how to repair a broken chain on the go.
Level 3
In level 3 you will learn how to adjust your gears and how to center your wheel. There are also tips & tricks for the individual tuning of your bike.
